Transfers to & from Bunaken Cha Cha Nature Resort
Bunaken Cha Cha Nature Resort is located on Bunaken Island and can only be reached by car and boat from Manado.
To avoid misunderstanding, please carefully review the transfer information below before booking.

Check-in / Check-out

• Check-in: 14:30 – 18:00
• Check-out: 09:30

IMPORTANT TRANSFER POLICY (Please Read Carefully)

Any transfer request outside the regular scheduled times is subject to a surcharge, regardless of room usage or the number of guests.​​

​Regular Scheduled Transfer (Non-Charter)

Included in the Internet Special Package

This is our standard shared transfer service operating on fixed pick-up and departure times only.

 

Regular Pick-up Times (Manado → Cha Cha)

 13:30 – Manado Airport
• 14:20 – Manado town / hotel
• 14:30 – Manado harbour

Boat departs Manado at approximately 14:30.

 

Regular Departure (Cha Cha → Manado)

• 09:30 – Boat departs Cha Cha
Drop-off at Manado harbor, or airport, town/hotel

Rate

• USD 80 per person (round trip)
→ Included in the Internet Special Package

Charter Transfers (Outside Regular Schedule)

Any request outside the regular pick-up or departure times is treated as a charter transfer and will incur a surcharge.
All transfers are subject to sea, weather, and tide conditions.

​​One-Way Charter Transfer

   (USD 80 regular transfer + USD 30 charter surcharge)

Applies to:

Early Check-in
• Pick-up before the regular schedule (before 13:30)
• Breakfast and lunch are not included

 

Late Check-in
• Pick-up after the regular schedule (after 14:30)

 

Late Check-out
• Departure after 09:30, regardless of room check-out time or room usage
• Lunch is not included

 

 

Both-Ways Charter Transfer

For guests requiring charter transfers on both arrival and departure.


• Pick-up: 07:30 – 17:30
• Return: 07:30 – 15:00


• Charter surcharge: USD 60 per person
   Total: USD 140 per person (round trip)

    (USD 80 regular transfer + USD 60 charter surcharge)

 

Super Early Charter Transfer (Before 07:00)

Available only for emergencies, subject to sea and weather conditions.

• No breakfast included
• Additional surcharge: USD 15 per person
• Applies on top of One-Way or Both-Ways Charter Transfer

Meal Policy for Early & Late Transfers

Please note:
• Breakfast and lunch are not included for early check-in
• Lunch is not included for late check-out
This applies regardless of room availability or actual room usage.

 

Optional meals can be arranged in advance for an additional charge.

IDR150,000 per person per meal

 

 

Charter Transfer Classification (Guest Numbers)

Charter transfer classification is determined by the transfer schedule and operational requirements, not by the number of guests traveling.

Even if only one guest or one group is traveling, or no other guests are departing at the same time, any transfer outside the regular scheduled service is still considered a charter transfer and subject to the applicable surcharge.

 

For this reason, charter transfer charges are fixed and non-negotiable.

Examples (For Clarity)

 

• Flight arrives at Manado Airport at 14:30
→ Pick-up is outside the regular schedule → Charter transfer surcharge applies

• Pick-up requested before 13:30
→ Considered early check-in
→ Charter transfer surcharge applies
→ Breakfast and lunch are not included

• Guests check out of the room at 09:30 but depart after 09:30
→ Considered late check-out
→ Charter transfer surcharge applies
→ Lunch is not included

• Only one guest is departing
→ Charter transfer surcharge still applies

Transfer Conditions & Limitations

• Transfers must be arranged at least 48 hours in advance
•Room availability cannot be guaranteed before 11:00 for early check-in,
•Room availability can not be guaranteed after 10:30 for late check-out room use.

• Transfer services are direct, point-to-point and cannot be split across different times or dates
• Transfer rates are fixed package rates (car + boat) and remain the same even if part of the service is not used

Example:
If guests are dropped off directly at another hotel or resort by boat on departure day, the transfer service is considered completed.

Flight Delays & Pick-up Policy

• Please inform us immediately in case of flight delays
• For airport pick-up, our driver will wait until all passengers from your flight have exited
• In case of flight delays or cancellations, transportation may need to be reorganized and additional charges may apply


Hotel Pick-up:
• Waiting time is limited to 15 minutes
• Additional waiting time: IDR 150,000 per hour
•For guests staying at Four Points by Sheraton Manado:
  Please note that the hotel does not allow drivers to pick up guests at the 3rd floor lobby.
  We kindly ask guests to come down to the ground floor entrance for pick-up.
