Internet Special Package

Our Internet Package is available for stays of a minimum of 3 nights.
This rate applies to KITAS holders as well

• Regular scheduled round-trip transfer between Manado and Cha Cha
   Non-charter service  (Please refer to the “Transfer” section for details.)

Transfers Included (Regular Schedule)

Arrival (Manado → Cha Cha)

• around 13:30 〜15:05  – Manado Airport


• 14:30〜15:30 – Manado town / hotel


• around 16:00 – Manado harbour

Boat departs Manado at approximately 16:00.

Departure (Cha Cha → Manado)
• Boat departs Cha Cha at 09:30

Please note:
• Transfers are fixed, point-to-point services
• Transfers cannot be split across different times or dates, costs.
• The package price remains the same even if part of the transfer is not used
•For flights arriving 17:30 or later, a same-day crossing is not possible.
Guests must overnight on the mainland and transfer the next morning (charter surcharge US$30.00 per person (one way) may apply depending on timing).

Not Included in the Package

• Diving and snorkeling trips, dolphin tours
• Any course for diving or others

• Rental equipment
• Bunaken National Park entrance fee
• Charter transfers
 (e.g. late check-in, early check-out, or transfers outside the regular schedule)
• Optional meals
• Personal expenses or any alcohole

• Service charge and gratuities are at guests’ discretion.

Terms and Payment

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Accommodation will be held for 3 days to allow guests to send proof of payment.

• The remaining balance must be received by Bunaken Cha Cha no later than 45 days prior to arrival.
• Failure to settle the balance may result in cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.

• We do not accept PayPal, Amex, or JCB.

• For bookings made less than 45 days before arrival, full payment is required.

• Prices for accommodation, diving, and snorkeling tours include prevailing local taxes.

• Service charge and gratuities are at guests’ discretion.

• No refunds will be given for unused services included in the package or for pre-booked services.

 

 

Method of Payment

Payment can be made via bank transfer or Wise (https://wise.com).

All charges related to the transfer of funds are the responsibility of the guest. Bunaken Cha Cha requires that the full invoiced amount arrives in our account net of any bank fees. All charges must be borne by the sender.

We require proof of transfer. Please send us a copy of the receipt by email. Accommodation will be held for 3 days pending confirmation.

If we do not receive confirmation of your payment within three to five days, your booking request will be automatically cancelled. We appreciate your understanding.

For bookings made less than 45 days before arrival, full payment is required.

For Bank Transfer we will send you Bank detail once we receive booking request from you. 

For Wise Transfer If you have already account in WISE, please let us know and your e mail address for WISE so we can send you payment request.

Additional services and expenses during your stay may be settled at check-out via bank transfer, Wise transfer, or in cash (USD / EUR / IDR).

We also accept Visa and MasterCard with a 3% processing fee, and Amex with a 4% fee.

Please note that due to our remote island location, the credit card terminal signal can be unreliable; if it is not functioning at the time of check-out, payment will need to be completed via bank transfer, Wise, or cash.

Cancellation charges on Internet special package 

• More than 30 days prior to arrival:

   50% of the total booking amount will be charged

    (deposit is non-refundable)

• 14–0 days prior to arrival / No-show:

   100% of the total booking amount will be charged

If cancellation occurs before the balance payment is made, the penalty will be applied based on the total booking amount and no further payment will be required.

Refund-Related Charges

If a refund is applicable, all international bank charges (sending and receiving) shall be borne by the guest.

Additionally, a non-refundable handling fee of USD 25 per refund transaction applies.

 

Changes and Penalties 

In case of non-arrival on the agreed date, a penalty of 100% of the reservation value will be charged.

 

No credit or refunds will be given in the event of an early departure for any reason.

This includes situations where guests choose to leave earlier than planned due to discomfort caused by occasional island-wide power outages. (These may occur due to PLN, the Indonesian electricity provider.)

Bunaken Cha Cha is entitled to receive the full agreed amount for the entire period of your stay.

 

No credit or refunds will be issued for personal emergencies, medical conditions, missed or irregular flights, flight delays, or any other reason that prevents the guest from reaching the resort.

 

No refunds will be provided for dive packages or prepaid courses that are unused, either in whole or in part, for any reason.

This includes illness, ear problems, lost luggage, delayed flights, or customer cancellations.

 

Unused dives from dive packages are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Important Notes


OTA
• OTA rates may appear lower because regular scheduled transfers are not included in OTA bookings
• OTA bookings still require payment by bank transfer

 

Location of our villa - "Ocean View Villa"
• Ocean View Villas are located on an upper level and are accessed by stairs.

Electricity & Air Conditioning
• All villas are equipped with air conditioning.
• Air conditioning operates during our generator hours:
  10:00–13:00 / 16:00–21:00

Outside these hours, electricity is supplied by the local Indonesian electricity company (PLN).
PLN power is limited and not sufficient to run air conditioning, and occasional power interruptions may occur.

Transfer Included (Internet Package Only)

Transfers

Complimentary Regular Scheduled Transfers  (round trip)  between Manado and Cha Cha are included only for direct bookings under the Internet Special Package (minimum 3 nights).

Surcharge
Any transfer outside the regular schedule is subject to a surcharge of USD 30 per person one way. 
 

Late Check-in & Afternoon Charter Transfer

For guests arriving on flights between 13:30 and 17:20, outside the regular transfer schedule:
• A charter boat transfer can be arranged (subject to weather conditions)
• Surcharge: USD 30 per person

Late Arrivals 

Due to updated flight schedules (including Scoot), some flights now arrive later in the day.
As boat transfers to the island are not possible at night, guests arriving in Manado after 17:20 are required to stay overnight on the mainland and transfer to the island the following morning.
• Early check-in on the island can be arranged the next day. A surcharge applies.

Wet Landing

• There is no jetty in front of Cha Cha, so arrival involves a wet landing from the boat.
• Our staff will assist with your main luggage (such as suitcases).
• Guests are advised to wear shorts and sandals, or clothing that can be easily rolled up.
