IMPORTANT TRANSFER POLICY (Please Read Carefully)
All transfers (regular and charter) operate according to our schedule and are not private services.
Some waiting time may be expected at the airport or harbor or jetty as we coordinate guests and take into account traffic, sea and weather conditions.
Our regular shared transfer operates based on the current afternoon arrival window of approximately 13:00–15:05.
Guests arriving within this window can transfer directly to Cha Cha as a

US$80.00 per person (2 ways)
Arrivals outside this window are arranged as a charter transfer with an additional fee of USD 30 per person per way.
Availability depends on sea, tide, and daylight conditions.
For flights arriving 17:30 or later, a same-day crossing is not possible. Guests must overnight on the mainland and transfer to the island the following morning, either via our early charter transfer (with surcharge) or during the regular transfer.
All transfers are subject to sea, tide and weather conditions, which may affect timing.
Exact transfer times will be confirmed once flight details are provided.

Transfer Service
Regular Scheduled Transfer (Non-Charter)

This is our standard shared transfer service operating on fixed pick-up and departure times only.
Regular Pick-up Times (Manado → Cha Cha)
• around 13:30 〜15:05 – Manado Airport
• 14:30〜15:30 – Manado town / hotel
• around 16:00 – Manado harbour
Boat departs Manado at approximately 14:30.
Regular Departure (Cha Cha → Manado)
• 09:30 – Boat departs Cha Cha
Drop-off at Manado harbor, or airport, town/hotel
【Transfer Rates】
(Rates are non-negotiable and subject to change without prior notice)
• Regular Transfer: USD 80 per person (2 ways - so one way will be USD 40 per person)
Regular transfer applies to:
— Arrivals within approximately 13:00–15:05, and
— Departures at 09:30
— Non charter
• If only one way falls outside the regular window:
Charter surcharge of USD 30 per person per way applies
Total: USD 110 (USD 80 + USD 30)
Examples: Early check-in + Regular check-out, or Regular check-in + Late/early check-out
• If both ways fall outside the regular window:
Charter surcharge of USD 30 per person per way × 2 = USD 60
Total: USD 140 (USD 80 + USD 60)
Examples: Early check-in + Late/early check-out, Late check-in + Late check-out, etc.

Charter Transfer Classification
Charter transfer classification is determined by the transfer schedule and operational requirements, not by the number of guests traveling.
Even if only one guest or one group is traveling, or no other guests are departing at the same time, any transfer outside the regular scheduled service is still considered a charter transfer and subject to the applicable surcharge.
For this reason, charter transfer charges are fixed and non-negotiable.

Meal Policy for Early & Late Transfers
Please note:
• Breakfast and lunch are not included for early check-in
• Lunch is not included for late check-out
This applies regardless of room availability or actual room usage.
Optional meals can be arranged in advance for an additional charge.

Transfer Conditions & Limitations
• Transfers must be arranged at least 48 hours in advance
•Room availability cannot be guaranteed before 11:00 for early check-in,
•Room availability can not be guaranteed after 10:30 for late check-out room use.
• Transfer services are direct, point-to-point and cannot be split across different times or dates
• Transfer rates are fixed package rates (car + boat) and remain the same even if part of the service is not used
Example:
If guests are dropped off directly at another hotel or resort by boat on departure day, the transfer service is considered completed.
Flight Delays & Pick-up Policy
• Please inform us immediately in case of flight delays
• For airport pick-up, our driver will wait until all passengers from your flight have exited
• In case of flight delays or cancellations, transportation may need to be reorganized and additional charges may apply
Hotel Pick-up:
• Waiting time is limited to 15 minutes
• Additional waiting time: IDR 150,000 per hour
•For guests staying at Four Points by Sheraton Manado:
Please note that the hotel does not allow drivers to pick up guests at the 3rd floor lobby.
We kindly ask guests to come down to the ground floor entrance for pick-up.
